• Approximate Location Data: Rough geographic location to display nearby charging stations and provide location-based charging services. We will not collect precise GPS location without your explicit consent.
• Device Identifier: Unique device ID to recognize valid user devices, ensure normal login and stable charging service verification.
• App Activity Data: Interaction behaviors within the App, such as page browsing, operation logs, to analyze product usage and optimize user experience.
• Crash Logs & Diagnostic Information: App running status, crash and exception data, used for troubleshooting bugs, diagnosing failures and improving App stability and performance.
• Photos and Videos: Only collected when you actively upload them for service vouchers, after-sales proof or other user-initiated requests. We will not access your album without your authorization.

2. How We Use Your Information

We only use collected data for the purposes stated below:

• Provide, maintain and improve our charging services, including station query, charging initiation, real-time charging monitoring and bill settlement;
• Verify user identity, manage user accounts, and send service-related notifications;
• Troubleshoot application crashes, diagnose technical failures, optimize App performance;
• Analyze aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve product functions and user experience;
• Comply with applicable legal obligations, regulatory requirements or respond to legitimate official requests.

We will NOT use your personal data for advertising, marketing or unrelated commercial purposes without your separate consent.

• Right to Withdraw Consent: You may disable permissions such as location, album access in your device system settings at any time. Disabling permissions may cause partial functions of the App to be unavailable.

Our App is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected data of a minor without guardian consent, please contact us immediately, and we will delete such data promptly.
